Reservations - Room Deposit
Upon booking,
a credit card number will be taken, but not
processed until two weeks prior to arrival. At that time
one night's stay will be charged. The balance, if any,
will be due at checkout.
Cancellations
Because of our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore we uphold a strict cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask for notification 7 days prior to your arrival date to ensure a full refund. After that period, we will make every attempt to rebook, and if able to , we will refund the full amount. If we are unable to rebook the room, the room charge will apply.
In the event of early departure, room charges will apply for the entire reservation period.

We accept cash, personal checks, travelers's checks and all
major credit cards, including American Express,
Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Check-in is at 3 pm
Check-out is by 11 am

We are a completely non-smoking property.
All of our guest rooms, public rooms, outdoor facilities
and property
are smoke-free.
